Tabby is a WEB Server integrated in the SAM4s Ellix 40 POS printer and provides a basic retail POS software application. Tabby runs on any browser capable device regardless of operating system, including PCs, mobile devices or tablets. Tabby does not rely on tablet or device resources.
Tabby is not in the cloud - it is the cloud. The Tabby web server is integrated in the SAM4s Ellix 40 Smart POS printer for a local cloud that gives retailers the flexibility of a network-based POS system without the expense and hassle of redundant Internet connections. The Tabby doesn't take any extra space since it's entirely integrated into the printer.
Tabby gives retailers the flexibility to access reports remotely or right at the store. Sales are tracked by item, department, time, day and operator. The sales overview dashboard provides a quick look at hourly, day of week and sales by day for the current month. With the speed of the Tabby server, detailed reports and charts can be retrieved in seconds.
